@Justin Metzger, There are a number of qualified intermediaries here on BP. You can go to their profile pages and look at the review section to actually talk to clients who have used them. The location of your QI isn't really that important. 1031 is practiced the same in all states as it is a federal statute. With only some nuances at the state level. But any nationwide QI with good experience is going to be able to help you.
