under contract on property in Bedford NH

purchase price 380k

rehab 200k

ARV 820k

Looking for high leverage options. I have about 25k for closing. 

I am a General contractor that plans to run this renovation, just looking for financing help. willing to JV if someone is willing to cover closing. Currently have a terms sheet in hand needing 75k cash to close and 110k POF. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    I am afraid you do not have enough to close on this property. You may need to partner up with someone for closing. Is this your first flip on your own?
