Looking for a hard money lender that can fund something like this. Let me know if you can or know of someone that could.

Hi Kalin, Israel Lopez is worth giving a call to find out. He's in the Seattle area and plugged in with  a bunch of the investor communities (like Springboard). Israel is very familiar with lending on all sorts of creative real estate deals that I can't get funded conventionally.

    Hi Kalin,

What location are you looking to purchase?

Any estimate on how much you were looking to borrow?

Washington State. Land purchase is 280k. Construction of two manufactured homes and garages around 1 million.

    Hi Kalin, interesting project.

We offer ground up construction for traditional projects and hard money bridge loans for existing manufactured homes though unfortunately, not yet construction for manufactured homes.

No groups in my immediate network come to mind but I would expect PMLs being open to take this down.

Let me know if we can be helpful with any other projects!

@Kalin Edwards You may want to check with your local real estate investment club. There may be some people there able to help with the funding or know others for referral sources.

Another options is to seek out private lenders and/or partners. In many cases, investors I've seen who have funded deals are those who know the niche especially when it comes to manufactured homes.

    Hope that helps!
