Looking for Reputable & Realiable PM in cleveland

Goodmorning BP. I have been house hacking a duplex in the 44102 area, in between clark fulton and west Blvd for the last 3 months and closed on this property in Nov, 2023. I am a first time investor and have been through a great deal of stresses this fast which have taught many lessons already & gave me the confidence to continue with the journey. I currently have a tenant downstairs who just renewed with me. I am looking to move out of state within the next 3-6 months and need to start setting up my team here which a PM plays a huge role.

Does anyone have solid recommendations or experience with such PMs here.

My only advise is to avoid a PM named Oskar Swolsky.

Hi Loukas, congrats on purchasing your first property! Managing a unit can have its ups and downs, but as you mentioned, it definitely does come with valuable lessons. Hi, congratulations on your real estate investment properties in Ohio. in general, I always tell my clients/ everyone to research different real estate professionals there are a lot out there but, you need speak with the different PM personally about their services and how they can assist you with all of your real estate needs and please reach out if you have any questions! Congrats on closing! Such a huge first step! I would recommend taking a look into the Columbus Ohio market as well - tons of deals that are still positive cash flowing, hitting the 1% rule, and there's amazing appreciation.
