Any resources you'd highly recommend for getting started flipping land? Or would someone like to partner on some smaller 4-5 figure deals showing me the steps and do's & don't? Appreciate it.

Are you talking about buying large pieces of land and subdividing into ranchettes and selling those off individually? If you could narrow the scope, please.

I'd like to find land I can subdivide and resell fairly quickly. Looking for the steps to identify and underwrite for this and also things to keep in mind with the county, certain soil, etc. Basically starting out and looking to learn, ideally just learning by doing a deal with someone who's done many and I can bring capital and my network. Thank you!
