Bryant Brislin

As a business development officer at Stewart Title, my role is to source clientele for the fast-growing NCS division. Having been a former title officer (7 yrs) and broker (17 yrs/170+ closings) I am able to look under the hood as a technician and advise on solutions while working shoulder-to-shoulder with principals, lenders, counsel and the title officer. I am officed out of both Glendale (LA) and Irvine (Orange County). While being a broker at The Hoffman Company, I closed $580,000,000 dollars’ worth of sales among several land transactions, as well as commercial buildings, apartment buildings and more. On the consulting side, I was recently contracted by a major religious institution to analyze and assess their sizeable real estate portfolio of various sacred & non sacred surplus properties. Prior to working in brokerage, I was a Title Officer (T.O.)/Asst. VP at Fidelity National Title Insurance Company for seven years where I was the lead subdivision T.O. for the major homebuilder accounts, including SunCal Cos. who at that time was the largest master developer in the western region of the United States. Part of my role was the risk underwriting for SunCal’s large credit facilities secured on cross-collateralizations of multi-state portfolios of which Lehman Brothers was the equity LP. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In March of 2012, Mr. Brislin was awarded the prestigious Larry Webb Leadership Award by the Urban Land Institute of Orange County/Inland Empire. The prior year, he won a similar award in the Professional Services category. He produced two workshops on the popular subject of ‘Small Lots vs. Condos’ for the Building Industry Association. He is currently (2025-2027) is a member of the ULI OC/IE's Housing Council, and also a member of ICSC. Previous leadership roles include the ULI NEXT Council (Chair), City of Hope's Real Estate Council, Building Industry Association's Young Leaders Group and more.
