Hi There-

I have a client looking in a certain part of town. We understand the heirs of the parents own the property. Trying to dig deep to get their phone numbers. Any particular software reccomendations?

google skiptracing software, as most of the ones we use have a monthly subscription/annual fee, not sure ones that allow for a one-off.
