Searching for first STR purchase - Maine, Vermont and/or Poconos

Hello! My spouse and I are searching for our first STR. We want to purchase in vacation markets we can drive to. We are interested in Maine (the area around Lake Sebago), Vermont (all regions), and the Poconos. Looking to build a team and connect with other members with short term rentals in the same areas.

Hi Laura, I own two short term rentals on Little Sebago and one in Old Orchard Beach. I do short term rentals during the summer but then rent mid-term from September/October through May. Let me know if you'd like to chat sometime!
