Where do I look for Rv Park investors?

Question

I am working towards making an offer on an RV Park in Michigan. It will need huge improvements. I will need help with funding, loans, and or investors. There is so much here on BP forums, that I don't know where to post or inquire. I am not currently a PRO member. Do I need to be for this kind of resource?

Hi Steve, I attended and exhibited at an OHI Expo/Conference https://ohi.org/ last year and you will find exactly what you are looking for by attending one of their conferences. There is also an Overland Expo/Conference https://www.overlandexpo.com/ that holds conferences in different parts of the country. There may be one near you. The resources at these conferences are incredible. You will learn a lot and find sellers, buyers, and investors. Let me know if I can be of service with tax benefits.

Went to a meetup in Denver where Heather was last night, she had some great insights and points she mentioned that are not in the podcast so I'm sure the book has a lot of great info. @Marcus Mommsen Those are two great ideas. Partial seller finance may be an option.

I am not sure about the tokenization thing. It's too complicated at the moment to keep things simple and understandable for the seller. Thanks

Steve, I think RV parks are a great opportunity and overlooked. Check out Pace Morby on You Tube and his acquisition on buying an RV park with Seller finance. I'm looking forward to reading about your RV park and how its growing with many cool fun things on offer. Remember you can tokenize anything these days and sell tokens as investments tokens to crowd fund your RV park...

As for meeting people like investors, have you attended any local meetups? This is the best way I've found to start out meeting people and then connecting with people who know those people!
