    Joel - Seeking mortgage brokers in the specified areas or who handle deals in the specified areas and preferably have experience working with private/hard money lenders on $500k - $5m commercial (small multifamily, construction, spec loans, bridge loans, working capital loans, fix/flip, etc.) deals.
