New Investor Looking for Mentor

Good morning Bigger Pockets family! I am 5 years into the real estate game as a Delaware Realtor and I work full time at my W2 job, but I am finally ready to start going full throttle with my real estate business, I really want to direct all my energy into learning how to grow it as fast as possible and also finding a mentor that can guide me and be there for me to ask questions as it relates to my first rental investment as well! I live at the beaches of Delaware, and there isn’t a huge affordable rental market over here so I will more than likely need to look into other OOS markets and I would love some guidance and mentorship along the way!
