Looking for local investor groups/meet ups

I am in search of local groups or meet ups for real estate investors. I live near Atlanta in Paulding County, I do not own any real estate besides my home and am looking to get in the same room of investors in my area so that I can learn. If you have any recommendations please let me know

Check out the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association, gareia dot com. They have several monthly meetings for different types of Investors. Some are free and some allow online attendance.

Hey Jacob - @Vincent Crane hosts one in Buckhead through Atlanta REIA that is free to attend! This is a great way to meet folks.

Georgia REIA is also worth joining in my opinion. They usually have different subgroups that meet inside and outside of business hours.

There's a networking meeting (vs educational) October 30th at the Ivy - about 100 people signed up. It's free, some drinks and food included. The theme will be scary real estate stories. In the past, I have learned a lot about what not to do (or who to avoid). GaREIA is the host.
