Hello! Looking to do a 1031 from CA to the Miami FL area. Where's a good area within the Miami region for a multi unit (duplex, triplex, 4 unit) ? Looking for long term cap appreciation with stable rental income.

Thanks for the help. Currently, my wife and I are doacussing opportunities in FL, TX, and NV. If we choose to go with FL I will reach out with specific search parameters. Thanks again for the help.
