Where to obtain market data- Wisconsin?

Dave Wacholtz
Posted

Wisconsin- I am looking for a source for market data to analyze deals in the "picking a market worksheet". What are some of the resources experienced investors are using for job growth, home ownership rates, average rent, population growth, etc. I would like to look at metro areas in the state of Wisconsin.

I thank you in advance,

Dave

Another good metric to check is www.spotcrime.com to see if the neighborhood is safe.

Hot neighborhoods in Milwaukee in my opinion  are:  Bay View, East Side, Riverwest, North Shore, 3rd Ward, 5th Ward, Garden district. Nearby communities: St. Francis, Cudahy, South Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Wauwatosa,Elm Grove, Greenfield, Greendale, Franklin and Muskego to name a few.
