NYC - New flipper looking to build network

Hi BP community! First off, just want to say I really appreciate this space - I've been leveraging resources on BP and online over the past few months to learn as much as possible before diving into my first flip. I'm looking to build my network and connect with a couple local flippers who have done deals in the NYC market. I'd love to pick your brain about what's worked / not worked for you. Open to meeting virtually or in-person (coffee or lunch is on me!)

Also looking for HMLs, realtors, and general contractors in the area who have worked with new investors before and are willing to connect
