I am shopping around for insurance coverage in Oklahoma City, Ok.

The property consists of two duplexes; 4 units total. One of the duplexes is being renovated while the other is fully occupied.

Thank you!

    @Eric Brockway

    A lot of local investors utilize Andrew Ruiz with Shelter Insurance & Joan Curtis with MVP Insurance.

    Both are very great & help with a ton of investors properly insure & protect their assets.

    I've normally used USAA since I've had for a while, & Covva Insurance with Jon Steuber who is an insurance broker & can help with your current situation and more in the future if have any future renovations.

    Have you checked out Steadily?  They have higher deductibles but generally much lower premiums.  I find the are a good fit for alot of investors.
