Hello, BP Fam. My wife and I are Airbnb property managers. I am also a Real Estate agent in the area. We have been managing Airbnbs for investors in the Indianapolis area for the last 5 years. We currently manage 13 properties and are wanting to grow our portfolio. Im looking for suggestions on how to connect with local owners who are wanting a Co-Host or become more passive investors. Additionally we are very open to partnering with investors looking to start an Airbnb. Very open to suggestions on best practices for finding owners and investors besides word of mouth.

    Another thought: as involved as you are, one would assume that you are well connected with local Host groups on Facebook or Meetup AND have established IRL, in-person relationships.  If not, then find the local groups: they are a more target rich environment for your needs.

    Hey man, sounds like you’re doing solid work in Indy! I’ve found a few good ways to connect with owners looking for a co-host or passive investment:

    1. Networking is huge—REI meetups, local events, even grabbing coffee with investors.
    2. Social media works—Posting wins and market insights on LinkedIn/Facebook/TikTok has brought in solid leads.
    3. Direct outreach—Finding properties that would make great Airbnbs and reaching out to owners directly.
    4. Referrals—Agents, mortgage brokers, and even contractors can send great leads your way.

    Thanks Andrew I appreciate the advice! I definitely want to push more connecting with social media. I will try getting connected to more facebook groups to find local investors.
