Hello, BP Fam. My wife and I are Airbnb property managers. I am also a Real Estate agent in the area. We have been managing Airbnbs for investors in the Indianapolis area for the last 5 years. We currently manage 13 properties and are wanting to grow our portfolio. Im looking for suggestions on how to connect with local owners who are wanting a Co-Host or become more passive investors. Additionally we are very open to partnering with investors looking to start an Airbnb. Very open to suggestions on best practices for finding owners and investors besides word of mouth.
