I don't understand the purpose of this tool. Perhaps you could add more information about the benefits this tool provides. Are you acting as GC yourself?
I do about $2M in apartment renovations each year, but haven't had many pain points around keeping track.
Thanks for asking! RenoQuest's software is currently focused on giving property managers and owners a single place to track renovation budgets, schedules, and progress. A lot of operators end up juggling spreadsheets, PMS tools, and other apps that aren’t directly tailored for renovations. Our goal is to centralize all of these tools, making it easier to manage renovations for all parties. If your current system works well, that’s great! However, our current users have found it pretty helpful, especially with the granularity of the per-unit renovation tracking. Happy to share more if interested!
