Who’s a solid real estate attorney in Charlotte, NC who understands creative deal structures and subject-to financing? I have a couple purchase agreements that potential buyers have sent me that I need help with. This is for a $500K townhome.
@Steven Meyer Would start with Harry Marsh / 24 Hour Title, there's also a Charlotte Real Estate Investor Facebook group that's pretty large and imagine you would be able to find a few other referrals for attorneys as well.
