Hello, I am looking forward at doing my first flip this year. (planning to doa few flips to get capital to acquire/build my own quadruplex in the near future, and then repeat the process).

 I am looking for an investor who has done successful deals, ideally with a few years of experience to learn from. I could help with my time in exchange for "hands-on experience" and information.
I live in Apopka, currently working from home with a flexible schedule.
