Looking for a new handyman/tenant changeover person, and also lock question.

Hey guys!

I manage a rental in Nashville while living in New England. We’ve been doing mid-term rentals, for a few months at a time. It’s been mostly good

I’ve had a great guy that has been a huge help with tenant changeovers - inspecting, taking photos of work that needs to be done between and just helping out in general. He changed the electronic deadbolts at the house a few months ago and has been great. Long story short, we can’t work with him anymore unfortunately.

Does anyone know anyone that could fill this role? I don’t think we really need a full out property management company necessarily, but someone to inspect between tenants would be great.

And secondly, does anyone know of a WiFi enabled smart lock that could be connected to my phone without me physically being there when it’s setup? It seems like that might be a no but I’m holding out hope. I won’t be back in Nashville for a while and I’d love to have control over the lock from here.

Any help is much appreciated!

Sam
