New To Twin Cities - Need Contractor Referral Partners!

Howdy!

My name is Eddie, I'm an agent who's been in the business for five years now. I just recently moved to the Twin Cities in early May, and find myself without the same robust network I had back in Oklahoma!

I'm on the hunt for highly recommended and dependable contractors of various types. I'm looking for your guys that do solid work and can be trusted to get it done. There are two types of contractors that I'm searching for:

-Guys that can be recommended to investors that I meet in the course of business to handle the budgetary and time constraints that investors have.

-Guys that have experience with or are willing to work with rehab loans (FHA 203k, Conventional Rehab, etc.), as one of my favorite strategies with first time home buyers is to have them hooked up with a lender who writes these loans and then connect the buyers with a reliable contractor to help them turn their fixer into a dream first-time home.

I'm open to licensed GC's as well as individual contractors that occupy various trades, from plumbing and electrical to tiling and painting. Thanks in advance, BP Fam!!

Best wishes,

Eddie
