Looking for a Real Estate Investing Mentor in the Bay Area, CA!

Hey everyone! 👋

I’m reaching out to connect with someone who has experience in real estate investing and is passionate about helping others grow in this field. I’m just getting started in real estate and I’m looking for a mentor based in the Bay Area, California, who can guide me through the ins and outs of the industry. 🏠

I’m eager to learn about everything from property acquisition, financing, market analysis, to finding the right investment opportunities. If you have experience in residential, commercial, or even multi-family properties, I’d love to connect and learn from your expertise.

I’m highly motivated, ready to put in the work, and looking for someone who’s willing to share their knowledge and insights. I believe mentorship can make all the difference in accelerating my growth in this field, and I’d love to work with someone who is invested in helping others succeed.

I am willing to make this work however I can, I have a great job, and also a lot of construction knowledge. My brother is a real estate agent and he will be one of my long term partners. i already have a GC that will help with a quick turn around. just need help getting to the right lenders and or financing options, and someone to help insure I go about this correctly
