Looking for contractor for rental turn in Fort Worth, TX

Hello Everyone

    I have 3bed/2bath rental home in Fort Worth TX, Zip 76111, which is needing some turn repair (exterior crack filling & painting, some garage repair, deep clean, etc) in order to sale. 

Does anyone know a good/reliable contractor in the area that you can recommend?

@Andrew Postell is correct — Finishing Touches has built a strong reputation in DFW for reliability and communication, especially valuable for out-of-state owners. As @Travis Mize mentioned, Alvi is also very good, and I’d add that Alex with Alvi really shines when it comes to flips and larger projects. Both GCs are solid choices depending on the scope of your work.

    Alvi Homes is the GC I work with. She's super knowledgeable and has seen literally everything before. Hope this helps!

    @Joji M. most of us use Finishing Touches.  Especially if you are out of state they are very helpful. They have an online portal that you can log in and see your progress and they keep you posted consistently too.  They are probably the #1 recommended GC in DFW because of their reliability.  Here's the link to their website HERE.  

    I live in zip code 76111.  Good rental area.
