I’m Rodney, a local investor and the founder of Rodney Properties LLC. I specialize in sourcing off-market properties in Richmond, Petersburg, and surrounding Virginia markets — from single-family homes to vacant land.

I’m currently building my buyers list and looking to connect with serious cash buyers, investors, and flippers who want access to discounted deals before they hit the market.

If you’re actively investing in Central Virginia and want to see upcoming opportunities, drop your contact info below or send me a message — I’ll make sure you get added to the list.

Looking forward to building strong, win–win relationships!
