Looking for good & reliable contractors in Cleveland, Ohio

Hi All,

I am an out of state landlord and I have a duplex in Cleveland, OH. One of my current tenants is moving out and I feel there will be need for repairs especially flooring, painting walls etc. I am looking for good and reliable contractors.
