Looking for Turnover & Tenant Placement Help (Tampa, Florida)
Hi BP,
Yesterday, my tenant in Tampa (33634, Town and County area) gave their 30 day notice and I live several hours away from the property in Jacksonville. I’m looking for someone local who can handle the turnover and lease-up — basically: inspect after move-out, coordinate repairs/cleaning/rekeying, take before/after photos, market the property, handle showings, screen applicants, and deliver possession to the new tenant.
I don’t need ongoing monthly management, just help with this turnover/placement. I'd like to be involved with the tenant selection.
