Looking for Contractor/Handyman for renovations

Hi,

I am an out of state investor looking for a handyman/contractor who can work on below items in the lower apartment in my duplex located in Cleveland, OH. My tenants have moved out and I need to get the apartment ready for new tenants.

List of items:

1. Paint interior walls of the whole apartment

2. Paint kitchen cabinets

3. Install flooring in Kitchen

4. Install flooring in Bathroom

5. Miscellaneous repair work
