I just got my sales associate license and I am looking for a broker I can join.

Probably you should know:

- I have a day job so my time is limited for required company in-person trainings. But I can make it work maybe during the late afternoons/nights and definitely can do trainings remotely.

- I am looking to do my own fix-and-flips. 1 to 2 properties a year. Not work with buyer/sellers.

- Would like to join a broker that has experience in that area (flipping houses) that I can ask for help and advise constantly.

- Looking for someone on the Tampa Bay area, Tampa FL.
