How do you find International Direct Lenders?

Does anyone know a good resource to find international lenders for large-scale projects? The traditional methods of searching has not yielded results with actual direct lenders. Any expert advice or insight is greatly appreciated!

What's wrong with Banks and capital sources in the US? I would imagine they will be far more reliable...

    What you’re looking for isn’t very clear but no lender will lend on collateral located in a foreign country so it’s likely normal you didn’t find anything.

    I apologize, for clarity, the lender can be based in the US - the project is a hotel/resort in the Caribbean, so they would be lending internationally.

      No worries. That’s your issue. No lender in one country will take collateral in another country. So, with a US lender, you’ll have to cover the whole credit and then some with US collateral or you have to have a US company that’d qualify for unsecured lending.
