Looking for hotel operators / investors
Hello,
My model is to buy non performing CRE loans from banks to foreclose on them and get title to the collateral, usually significantly below market value.
I get offered loans on suburban style newer hotels frequently (usually between $1MM to $5MM and mostly West of the Mississippi) and usually turn them down because I don't want to be responsible for managing failing hotels and turning them around once we get title.
These hotels are often off-market, and when they are listed, our basis would be significantly below the asking price since we are acquiring the underlying loan.
I'm trying to find investors who buy and operate hotels nationwide that I could possibly partner with to make use of this deal flow, rather than turning it down.
