Hello, I am looking for trustworthy contractos in Akron Ohio. I own a duplex in Ohio and looking to buy many more. Living out of state is very challenging and looking for people that I can trust to do business together. I will be buying run down multi family units that need lots of work. Hey @Donald Montgomery, I’d recommend starting with smaller, investor-friendly crews instead of big contractors; they’re usually more responsive and flexible. From my experience, having one reliable GC for rehabs and a couple of handy guys for turnovers works best.
