    I bought a property at 3480 Elkwood Section Rd, Toney, AL. Looking to get a DSCR loan on it as a long term rental. Rental will be $1200 a month. I currently have an $68,000 loan on it through LightStream for 12 years at 11.25%. Looking to refinance. This property is a doublewide mobile home on a permanent foundation. It comes with 3/4 acre of land. One agent told me it would sell for $120k. One agent told me $140k. It has recent comps. Please let me know if this is something you can do. This would put the refinance at about 56% LTV. I do not want to cash out. I only want to change the rate and term of the existing loan. This is far below the 65%-80% most want to see.
