I recently started a bookkeeping business and wanted to get your take — is there much demand for bookkeeping services geared toward real estate investors?

My background is in real estate accounting for companies ranging from small multifamily startups to large commercial and development firms. I’ve always wondered if individual investors building their own portfolios could use this kind of support. Your feedback would really help me figure out where to focus my marketing and find clients that fit my background.
