Good to see more lenders focusing on speed and execution鈥攖hat鈥檚 usually the bottleneck on real deals.
From what I鈥檝e seen, a lot of capital works well once a project is stabilized, but fewer groups are actually comfortable stepping in earlier when timing matters most.
Where do you typically come in鈥攁re you able to move on deals at earlier stages, or primarily once things are further along?
