Hi everyone,

I’m looking to connect with licensed, reliable General Contractors and Property Managers in the St. Louis, Missouri market for a 16-unit building I’m working on.

Scope of Work (Contractors):

  • Cosmetic rehab across multiple units

  • Upgrading and bringing electrical meters up to city requirements (7 units)

  • Contractors who provide realistic timelines, accurate quotes, and consistent communication

  • Must be willing to share previous work examples and references

  • Strong preference for reliable and performance-driven professionals who follow through

Property Management Needs:

  • Full management of the 16-unit property after rehab

  • Assist in bringing the building to an ideal, stable operational state

  • Experience managing units that accept Section 8 or similar housing programs

  • Proven expertise in tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance

If you or someone you can recommend fits this profile, please reach out. I’m looking to build a long-term working relationship with trusted, accountable, and experienced partners in the St. Louis area.

Thanks in advance!

Recommend you first find a PMC, who should be able to assist you with finding contractors.

Also, a great PMC will be invaluable with assisting you to determine how to rehab to the Neighborhood and not wasting money on repairs that won't help your ROI.
