New Member Interested in Multifamily Properties!

Hi everyone!

My boyfriend and I are excited to join the BiggerPockets community. We’re currently based in Arizona and are actively looking for a multifamily property in the Phoenix metro area. We’re in the early stages of the search and would love to connect with folks who know this market well.

We’re open to conversations with lenders, agents, and anyone who may have (or know of) off-market opportunities. If you’re investing locally or have insight into the Phoenix multifamily space, we’d be grateful to connect, learn, and share what we’re working toward.

Hey @Hanna Abel congrats on starting your investment journey! I partner with a great agent, @Jeremy Holden, here in Phoenix. He's an agent but acts more like a coach to his clients who are often in the same situation as you, looking to learn the investment side of things. I'd highly recommend you send him a DM as he's extremely knowledgeable and dialed into the local market.

    @Hanna Abel, welcome to BP! Phoenix is a great market to dive into, and getting to know the different submarkets early on will really help as you seek the right multifamily investment. Many smaller deals change hands through relationships, so staying active and connecting with local investors can go a long way.

    I work with quite a few investors in the Phoenix metro area and see a lot of small multifamily activity there. If you ever want to chat through lending options, deal structure, or what to expect on financing for your first multifamily purchase, I’m happy to share some insight.
