I am looking for people who can help out with showings (unlocking and locking door) for a property located across from MetroHealth. If you have any other handy skills, that can help too. A lot of out-of-state investors lean on "boots on the ground" helpers for quick unlock/lock walk-throughs, and you'll usually find reliable people who already assist with inspections, contractors, or tenant coordination. Posting in those local groups often gets fast responses, and you can find someone consistent who can support future showings, too.
