I'm currently preparing to buy my first duplex using an FHA loan for a house hack, and I'm looking to connect with investor friendly realtors in Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding areas (Miami / Fort lauderdale, etc

If you're a realtor who works with investors or if you can recommend someone who understands house hacks, rental analysis, and strong investment markets.... I'd love to connect.

Any referrals, advice on local neighborhoods, or insights on the current multifamily market in Dade County would be greatly appreciated.
