Looking for West Virginia RE Broker

I’m looking to connect with a West Virginia licensed real estate broker who is open to investor friendly transactions, specifically novations and wholesale style deals done the right way and fully compliant.

Quick background

I am currently a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, have passed the WV exam, and am looking to place my WV license with the right broker.

I’m based in Uniontown PA and actively invest and transact in surrounding markets including WV.

What I’m looking for

Broker who understands or is open to novations and creative investor transactions

Investor friendly mindset, compliance matters but so does getting deals done

Open to conversation about structure, expectations, and volume

This is not a tire kicking post. I’m actively doing deals and want a long term relationship with the right brokerage.
