Looking for Tools to Pull Real Estate Lead

Hi everyone! I’m building a new team, and we currently have some tools in place, but I want to know other options. I’m looking for platforms/apps that can generate targeted lead lists, motivated sellers, foreclosure, or other investment opportunities.

What tools do you use that make this process easier and more efficient?
