Looking for Tools to Pull Real Estate Lead

Looking for Tools to Pull Real Estate Lead

Hi everyone! I’m building a new team, and we currently have some tools in place, but I want to know other options. I’m looking for platforms/apps that can generate targeted lead lists, motivated sellers, foreclosure, or other investment opportunities.

What tools do you use that make this process easier and more efficient?

Thanks in advance for your recommendations!

Assuming you are using propstream. Have you chosen a CRM?

       We are using Hubspot.

Good question. Tools matter, but the workflow matters more.

For data and list building, we primarily use PropStream as the backbone. It’s solid for motivated seller filters, ownership data, equity, and basic foreclosure info. Not perfect, but good enough to consistently source deals.

For skip tracing and list hygiene, we layer in Batch or REI Skip depending on volume. The key is not the skip tracer, it's keeping your lists clean and segmented so you're not burning money.

Where most people miss is follow-up. We use a simple CRM + SMS/call cadence (nothing fancy) and focus on speed to contact and consistent touches. Most deals come from the 5th–8th follow-up, not the first pull.

One last thing: no tool replaces local knowledge. We still cross-check data with county records and lean heavily on repeat sellers and referrals once momentum builds.

    Tools help, systems close deals.
