In Search of Mid-Term Property Manager

Hello, I am looking for a flexible property manager in Charlotte, NC for my single-family home. 


Right now, I am planning to begin hosting midterm rental guests and potentially have showings for the unit in between midterm rental visits. The goal of these showings would be to find a long-term tenant. Ultimately, if we are unable to do so, I would like to have the midterm rental business running in the forefront, and the long-term rental showings running in the background in between midterm rental stays.

    @Amy Jones,

    I have a name of someone i have worked with for LTR.  He is great at communicating and problem solving, which I believe is some of the most important traits of a PM.  I work mostley with new construction when I am in the Charlotte area and he has been great at filling properties.  Contact info is below.

     Huh?

    MTR people are looking for fully furnished, while LTR people usually have their own stuff, so want unfurnished.

    How are you going to appeal to both?
