In Search of Mid-Term Property Manager
Hello, I am looking for a flexible property manager in Charlotte, NC for my single-family home.
Right now, I am planning to begin hosting midterm rental guests and potentially have showings for the unit in between midterm rental visits. The goal of these showings would be to find a long-term tenant. Ultimately, if we are unable to do so, I would like to have the midterm rental business running in the forefront, and the long-term rental showings running in the background in between midterm rental stays.
