Seeking Cincinnati Inspector and Contractor Recs

My wife and I have offers in on a 4-plex in the Cincinnati area and are seeking recommendations for a good inspector as well as a contractor. Bonus if they have experience with historic properties in higher end neighborhoods. This is a property that a previous investor was tackling, but his contractors skipped out on him and his money, so hoping to be able to walk the property with a knowledgeable and honest contractor who can give me straight answers about previous work done and the scope of the work needing to be done. 

I've searched the forums and founds a few recommendations, though they're a few years old, so hoping for some current takes.

Obviously we'd prefer someone who can keep an eye on the budget, but we've found being willing to pay up for quality and reliability saves in the long run.
