Hello, I'm looking to start flipping houses. I was just wondering are there any investors here that also invest in Houston area. And any recommendations on agents for this type of investment? Thanks for your input

Absolutely! Houston still has excellent flipping opportunities, provided that the right buying and proper management of rehab costs decisions are made. I think the agent should be the one who focuses on investment properties and flips, knows the market very well and can give the client very accurate ARV quotes at the very beginning, also I believe agents that are friendly to investors in places like NW Houston, Spring, and Southeast Houston usually detect value very early. If you are flipping houses, you want to know what the end buyer / retail buyer wants.

You likely don't want to hold on to inventory too long as your holding costs will increase, therefore, you want an agent to know what you need to price your home to be able to sell it quickly.

There is no definition of a 'real estate investor friendly agent', but I would prioritize the above skill sets.
