Alan, are you guys funding any unimproved land, at maybe 50% LTV or so..? I have my eye on an unimproved lot near a property I own in Richmond, and I have good CF overall. But will not have a lot of cash to acquire after I close on this 4plex.. So checking around on what options are out there.. Let me know! And I'll see you in a few weeks at my new (to be) property!

Martin - We may have some banks or hard money lenders interested but we'd need to sit down with you to grab more information on the property as well as your financials to determine who'd be willing to lend.
