Looking for a Non Conforming Loan

Howdy...

We are looking for a non-conforming lender to purchase a home. We have 20+ doors, excellent income and credit. However, our DTI is hovering around 51%: but our residual income in more than 4x what the new mortgage would be with what we are putting down. The Fannie/Freddie folks are not going to work for us... we also have a STVR, which they are trying to not use in the calculations...

All suggestions are appreciated.

    Hey Lauren!

You'll have a ton of options here on BP for sure, the non-conforming world is full of alternatives but a bank statement option would likely be the most beneficial.  Depends of course on down payment amount too.  If it's helpful to go through some of those details or some other possible options feel free to reach out
