Scranton PA area Off Market Properties

Hey all,

I'm looking to connect with wholesalers and agents who are active in the greater Scranton PA market and deal with off market properties. I own a rental in the area and I'm looking to flip houses now to continue building up capital for my next buy and hold. Optimally looking for properties with ARV between $200k-400k, where the spread on a full rehab (after projected closing costs and fees for hard/private money loans) is $50k or more. If the rehab is smaller/easier/quicker then a smaller spread is also good. Obviously, these are general numbers and each deal will be looked at on its own. Thanks so much for everything you all do and for always being there to help each other.
