Hello,

I am dealing with a property that the so called real owners showed up (via eviction notice) this property has at least 3 other sales before I bought it and we are trying to figure out who actually owns this property. I do have title insurance. If you have a good attorney recommendation for Detroit MI please let me know. Thank you!

If you have a title policy insuring your interest in the property, I suggest you immediately notify your insurer at the contact provided in the policy.  I don't know what you mean by "dealing with" but if you've been served with a notice of a suit you need to move quickly.  I doubt the insurer will reimburse you for you costs incurred for retaining your own counsel so that will be on your own nickel.
