I’m currently in the process of renting out a furnished residential loft/condo and am looking for a CPA who provides proactive tax planning, not just year-end filing. My focus is on depreciation strategy, properly placing furnishings in service, and building a long-term approach that legally maximizes tax efficiency and cash flow.
